Inter thrash poor form Brescia in all out blood bath. #225

Inter Milan 6 Brescia 0

San Siro

Milan Italy

After their dismal win against Parma Inter welcome visitors ninteenth place Brescia. The last time these two sides faced each other Inter won the match 2-1. In this match Brescia are looking to just get more points as relegation for them is inevitable while Inter are trying to maintain their spot in third place as Atalanta look to overtake them in that position once again. In this match Inter will continue to be without one of their best defenders in Milan Skriniar who got red carded and had one to many yellow cards stacked against him. He’ll even be out in their match against Bolonga on Sunday. But in this match it is imperative that Bastoni starts as Godin was terrible against Parma. The player that as improved and as become a key part of Inter’s starting lineup is Barella who was the only player doing anything in the match on Sunday. The only key threat on Brescia is Inter target Sandro Tonelli who has been the only thing keeping the club together as he is their top goal scorer and if Inter don’t isolate him he could be the difference maker for Brescia. This match should be an easy win if they lose it will be a embaressment.

Things started off with a bang for Inter as Ashley Young five minutes in takes a shot from the center of the box landing the ball in the lower right corner giving Inter the 1-0 lead. Inter would make things 2-0 after a penalty kick was converted by Alexis Sanchez after Ales fouls Moses. Before the half ended Inter would add to their lead as D’Ambrosio lands a header from a close proximity to the goal landing the ball in the center of the goal making this 3-0. This ended the half with Inter in firm control of this match. The second half Inter continued their pressure on Brescia as Gagliardini redeems himself by scoring a goal from the center of the box to the lower right corner making things 4-0. With seven minutes in the match lands a close range attempt into the lower right corner making things 5-0 and a few minutes later the final nail was put in the coffin as Candreva lands a header from the center of the box making things 6-0 as Inter thrash Brescia. This win was a must for Inter as Atalanta look to overtake third place as they’re on fire and show no signs of letting up. This is how Inter should be performing even against big clubs. But Brescia however was in piss poor form and this result was to be expected. Sandro Tonali in this match was like screw this and he is probably increasing the pressure on a sale to Inter as he has been linked with the club for several months. The man of the match goes to Candreva who scored two goals and helped with assist and creating chance throughout the match. Inter in their next match take on Bologna who they beat at the start of the season. This will be a tough match but they should get the job done as always until the next one Forza Inter.
